Mark T. Brown, MD, FACS
Dr. Mark T. Brown has been in practice as a Head and Neck Surgeon, Ear Nose and Throat specialist for over a decade. He has practiced in Central Texas since 1999. His philosophy includes providing the time and attention that each patient requires to explore, examine, and treat their particular problem. He strives to provide personal care in an environment that encourages trust and builds a strong relationship with the patient. Paige Peterson, AuD, PhD, CCC-A, FAAA, ABA
Dr. Paige Peterson joined Great Hills ENT in 2012. She received her Audiological training from the University of Wyoming (Laramie, WY) , Univeristy of Kansas (Lawrence, KS) and University of Kansas Medical Center (Kansas City, KS). She began her career with service in the VA Health Care System (Colmery- O’Neal VAMC) in Topeka, KS and later transferred to New Mexico to serve within four Native communities. In 2010 she left government service to pursue research and network applications of direct patient care via telemedical applications. As the founder and President of Teledoc™, her research currently involves direct patient care for both adults and pediatric populations using tele-audiology as well as exploring other telemedical solutions for improving the quality of patient care. Sabrina Marciante, AuD, CCC-A, FAAA
Dr. Sabrina Marciante started a clinical rotation at Great Hills ENT in May of 2014 while enrolled in graduate school and never left. She transitioned from graduate clinician to resident, and joined the practice in the Spring of 2016. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas with her Bachelors of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2012. She obtained her Doctorate of Audiology degree from THE University of Texas at Austin with an award for service from the Sertoma Club of Northwest Austin. Read More >>
Alison Foster, DPT
Dr. Alison Foster attended the University of Pittsburgh where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2011 with an undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Science. During her undergraduate studies, she developed an interest in health, wellness, and physical rehabilitation, leading her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Dr. Foster continued her education at Pitt and received her Doctor of physical Therapy degree in 2014. Rowan Lang attended the University of Tennessee (the other UT) where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2014 with an undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders. Rowan continues her education at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, having received her Master of Science in the summer of 2016 and expecting to graduate with her Doctorate of Audiology in May of 2018.
Being a hearing aid user herself, Rowan strives to practice patient-centered care, providing patients with the knowledge and tools they need to be self-advocates rather than victims of hearing loss. She believes that a greater quality of life can be achieved despite heaaring loss through appropriate amplification and a continuous patient-provider dialogue. Rowan also enjoys the evaluation of dizziness and vertigo and can often be found in our vestibular clinic performing videonystagmography, video head impulse, posturography, and electrocochleography evaluations.
